How To Become A Super Affiliate In 2024

In this article I’m going to break down how I make an extra $6,000/ mo promoting stuff I know and love… I’ll show you how I made $4,000 sending an email to just 200 people… you’ll see the offers I promote and how I promote them. So yeah… it’s worth reading.

Bankrate is showing that almost 40% of people in the US have a side hustle right now and even more are looking for one that actually works. So I wanted to put my hat in the ring and expose one that I’m doing RIGHT NOW that has the potential for $16,000 in the first month.

So you can see i’m not blowing smoke, this is the dashboard and each of those referrals represents a $97 sale. So if we’re doing quick math, it’s right around $16,000 in total revenue created… I get 40% of that.

That’s $6,400 per month in potential… my first month.

Now you should know, I didn’t start this from scratch. OBVIOUSLY (since you’re here) you know we have an audience in email… but we also used cold targeting ads and I’ll describe that.

In this short read i’m going to give you they keys to the kingdom which would allow you to copy what I’ve done and do it for yourself.

First things first… when it comes to affiliate marketing I always like to promote stuff I use. It’s just easier. I could spend an entire day talking about the “affiliate marketing” industry and how it lies to people telling them to promote random products they know nothing about and that they can make a ton of money.

It is VERY HARD, if not nearly impossible, to promote products you know nothing about without lying. If you plan on being HONEST and not getting into trouble WHILE making money promoting affiliate products, start with ones you use!

That’s where I started. I took things I purchased, found their affiliate programs, and if they paid 35% or better I would promote them.

My initial goal was ALWAYS to make the thing I bought, free. If I could make it free, I could use it without having to worry about the cost. So if someone paid 30%, I needed 3 sales to make it “free”.

Then, all of the sudden I realized… “If I can get 3 people to join, why I couldn’t I get 3 more… 9 more”

And that’s where it all started for me. I realized if I loved something, other people would too. And that’s when I got into actually becoming an Affiliate Marketer. I realized there’s a huge world of offers out there, and a lot of money to be made by tapping into the online affiliate world.

So I hope you too realize, the best place to start is be talking about the stuff you are ALREADY DOING!

If you love running, and you have a great pair of shoes that you love… wouldn’t it be cool to get paid to talk about those shoes?

That’s a BASIC idea of what I do in my affiliate marketing journey, find things I love talking about, talk about them, and get paid to do that.

Now, there are TWO ways to make this work.

First, you can have a big following. Personally, I don’t… so I won’t talk about this one.

Second, be strategic and learn how to use social media without needing a lot of followers and still make money. This is the one I did.

So let’s break this whole thing down!

I run an online business, and have for over 14 years. In order to run this business I use tools. The tool that I use the most is something called “GoHighLevel” which is a marketing suite and automation platform.

I love it.

I’ve made multiple 7 figures through it, and think the way it’s being built and its features are incredible.

After using it to make a lot of money, I started telling other people about it… showing them what I do with it, how I use it, and if they are interested they can join.

The coolest part is, this software has a 30 day free trial for people to test it out before having to commit financially. Like taking an extended test drive. So I knew that I could offer this free trial, help a lot of people, and ultimately make a little myself as an affiliate.

Once I shared it with a few people I realized almost everyone who has aspirations to have a sustainable online business SHOULD be using it… so I decided to prove it.

This is where things get serious…

I decided to build a training that shows people exactly how to use GoHighLevel to build THEIR digital business.

I created a completely free training that would span 5 days and would showcase everything I could possibly think to share about becoming an affiliate, the most successful side hustle I’ve ever seen, and more…

So I built the entire program to help someone go from “I have no idea how to make money online” to “I have multiple streams of income between side hustle review videos and even my own sites and email automations”

So now we are stepping on the gas hard… here’s a breakdown of how it all works.

First - we set up ads and other pieces of content to invite people to register to get our “Free Scholarship” to the 5 Day Blitzcamp. That’s the “offer” we are making.

Basically, I’ll explain EVERYTHING we plan to teach… and if they want to join at absolutely no cost they can apply to get a scholarship.

We then get applications from those interested, and we review them. If their application meets our criteria for who WE THINK is a good fit for the information and can actually benefit from it, we give them access to the Blitzcamp.

Here’s the best part. On the Blitzcamp I give them their own funnel to use to promote the same offer I am… basically MAKING them an affiliate if they follow through.

So someone takes our free training, they join a platform that I love endorsing, and then learn how they too can endorse stuff they love and get paid.

I’ve been promoting stuff online for a VERY LONG TIME, my favorite products to promote are recurring products because they last the longest AND they make money for affiliates every month instead of just one time.

So this calculator shows you a PROJECTED amount someone could make based on how many trials they get.

If you get 10 trials each month, and you lose 3 people each month to cancellations, you would make roughly $21,000 in a year and end that year earning $3,500/ mo. From just TEN PEOPLE PER MONTH.

Something really important I want you to realize… you do NOT need a big list, you do not need tons of followers… but you can make good money with the right offer, with a good system, and using tools to help you sell One to Many.

This screen shot above is from an email being sent through our platform… as you can see it was sent to just 210 people. Not 21,000… not 210,000… 210. This one, single email generated $4,394 as you can see below.

We made $20 for every person ON OUR LIST in just one email. This email is just one of many we will send to our scholarship program and does NOT promote the free trial… this is extra to that. So if you’re thinking that you need a huge list before you can start making good money…

Go ahead and leave that idea behind.

When you start to build this into a business you’ll get way more than 10 per month… and you can break into the 100+/ mo world like I am. That exact same email that I sent above, you’ll be able to send as well!

As a BUSINESS minded person you realize that you control the entire offer, you control the opt ins and you’re building a list that you can use forever, you control the members area, you control the trials (to an extent). So it’s all about reverse engineering the math!

If I get 170 people to take a trial and they stick, I make $6,000 a month (approximately). So if I spend $4,000/ mo on ads driving people to this funnel, I still have $2,000/ mo profit. So the goal is to play the “margin game”. Good affiliates, SUPER AFFILIATES (like myself) know this.

The entire online business game is a margins game!

I was able to get 170 people to sign up because I made them an offer that is hard to say no to. If you could learn the EXACT system I taught 500 people in 2023 that went on to make them over $1,000,000 in revenue… and I’d teach you for free… why wouldn’t you join.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD OFFER!

The reason I personally love ads is because I don’t have an audience, as I mentioned before. I can’t make sales by just posting on social media, if you have an audience… you’re better off and can make even more. If you don’t have an audience, then you’d do what I do…

Step 1 - Find a GREAT offer that has good numbers and pays a recurring affiliate commission. Something that you use, like, love, have, and can talk about. Start by making it FREE. Find 2-3 people that are in your current circle to join. This is easier when it’s a trial.

Step 2 - Create something evergreen that gives MORE value to the people that join than it costs them to join. In my case, I give you that value. (You can apply for our scholarship here). Now they are happy they joined, getting good value, using the tool themself… and they stay.

Step 3 - Invest some amount of time to create content to drive more trials, or invest some amount of money to pay for ads to get new trials.

Personally I think that Trial marketing is one of the best ways to make it as an affiliate in 2024 for SEVERAL REASONS!

#1 - The cost to entry is low. Most people don’t want to spend money before they know the benefit of something, so a free trial is a great way to show them a benefit without requiring them to spend money.

#2 - The Recurring Element. Let’s face it… if I can get 10 sales every month, 7 of them will rebill next month so I get paid consistently. When the thing you are promoting has GOOD VALUE and you help the people who sign up see that value, you can build up a healthy recurring revenue.

Here’s my tips for getting started with this same thing if you’re interested.

Second - Surround yourself with people who may be a good fit for the trial. Too many people are wasting time on Facebook talking about Grandma’s cookout instead of surrounding themselves with movers. If you had 1,000 friends on Facebook that were interested in building an online course… you could sell them a few of them into a trial that gives them a software that enables them to build that course. It’s all about your NETWORK and you control that network on social media.

Third - Use your new surroundings and network to talk about the stuff that you love. This will drive people into your ecosystem, helping you make sales.

The key to all of this is building a good offer. Something that you can drive people to every time they want more info, something that automatically feeds them into an affiliate offer. Again - I give you that in our Blitzcamp…

Affiliate Marketing is real and may be the best way to help lower the sting of a crappy economy right now. Too many people are sleeping on the fact that affiliate marketing is just talking about what you love… you do that anyways… you just have to choose whether or not you want to get paid for it.
