Ending 2025 With A Profitable Digital Product, In 6 Steps...
My step-by-step process for turning a simple idea into a 6-figure digital product.
I was at a coffee shop recently and saw a wall plastered with local fliers. It reminded me how many entrepreneurs are hustling to make something special.
Every hand‑drawn flyer represented a neat idea – cookie decorating parties, kids life coaching, artisan crafts – but they all have one thing in common: they’re tied to a physical location, with overhead and time constraints and are likely hurting for clients because this coffee shop was in a very “quiet” town.
This is my mission lately… to help REAL creative and driven people bring their expertise online which allows them to sell to anyone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year…
I don’t think MOST people realize just how much freedom you can CREATE when you have a digital product making sales every day. Maybe that’s the dream for most… maybe some of you have never thought about this.

Now, these offers are only “One Day” projects if you use AI… Use AI to do the research and package the product, as well as help you create a sales page you can use to sell it.
I want you to win… so I’m going to review my entire process with you. The EXACT 6 steps I use when building an offer.
Step 1 – Build the offer
Choose one idea and create a simple, outcome‑driven product. Pick something people can consume quickly and get a result from. For example, take the “Sleep Deep Tonight Kit,” package sleep‑hygiene tips, a 5‑minute guided audio, and a printable bedtime routine. Or if you love design, bundle a “One‑Click Canva Template Pack” with ready‑to‑use social posts. The key is to solve one problem fast. Don’t overthink it – many of these products can be assembled in an afternoon using tools you already know.
These products work because they are EASY TO UNDERSTAND the value of them. Immediately from the name, most of the time, you can see exactly what it is and you know if you need it. SIMPLE is better.
We have people making money selling recipes (yes, baking), coloring books for adults, techniques for helping med spas, anything you can do to improve someone else’s situation is the start!

Step 2 – Find your audience
Next, identify the people who desperately want that outcome. Are you solving sleep for new parents? Helping solopreneurs get organized? The more targeted this is, the better your product and marketing can be.
This isn’t about knowing your audience for targeting purposes, this is about having a deep understanding of exactly how to talk to your prospects in a way that will get them to resonate and convert.
Look for existing communities – Facebook groups with 10k members, Reddit threads, niche newsletters – where your ideal buyer hangs out. Engage, ask questions and listen to their language. When you know exactly who you serve and why, writing copy and building the rest of the funnel becomes effortless.
Now you know who you’re going to help and you have something that can help them.
Step 3 – Build your automated pitch process
Now you need a simple system to present your offer 24/7. This is why it’s an “Automated pitch process”. You don’t want to go around selling it manually right? We want to send eyeballs to our “Offer Page” and then they decide if they want to buy it or not.
This is made REALLY simple right now with AI. AI can literally write the entire page for us. We then use a template inside of Wealthery Connect and copy and paste our way to a page that we can use to start selling.
Write your sales page
Make a VSL (Video sales letter) for your offer
Make your order bumps and One Time Offers
Create a members area to automate delivery
Honestly, 6 years ago this process was hard… now… it’s INCREDIBLY easy. I wish I could claim this was hard and that I am special… but it’s not and I’m not.

Step 4 – Get your first 50 sales from simple Facebook ads
With your funnel live, it’s time to drive traffic. The fastest way to validate an offer is with Facebook ads. Don’t let the algorithm intimidate you – start with a small daily budget and throw 4-8 ads in play. The new algorithm is really favoring “more creative” but it’s also doing MOST of the hard work for you for finding the right people.
The new ads algorithm will actually read your ad material and find people that are looking at similar material online. So yeah, this is another “it’s just not as hard as people think”.
The ads I’m seeing that are working REALLY well right now are Sub 3 min Reels and B-Roll style reels. So give those a shot!
Step 5 – Fix the mistakes
Once sales start coming in, pay attention to friction points.
Are people confused about how to access the product? Is your headline clear? Are buyers asking the same questions? Use this early feedback to tighten your copy, improve the product and adjust your price.
Sometimes changing a single word or adding a video tutorial can double conversions. This is also the time to tweak your ads – pause low performers, scale the winners, and test new angles.
This is also going to be the HARDEST 50 sales of the entire process. You won’t have testimonials, you won’t have proof it works… but when you start getting these sales you can start collecting testimonials and when those hit the sales page you’re golden!
The first 50 sales are ABSOLUTELY the most difficult. Once you hit that, you “optimize” your offer and you’re ready for prime time.
Step 6 – Scale to making Four Figures A Day

After you’ve ironed out the kinks, it’s time to pour fuel on the fire. Increase your ad spend gradually (25% every morning when the previous day was positive). That’s really it. You’ll start to implement some new ads, maybe retargeting campaigns, etc.
The beauty of this approach is its simplicity. You don’t need a huge team or months of planning. You need a problem worth solving, a straightforward offer and the willingness to test and iterate. As we close out the year, challenge yourself to pick one of the 50 ideas on the list and follow this formula.
