I Used AI To Build A 7 Figure Online Product... Here's How

Full step-by-step of how I build highly desirable online products, in any niche, mostly using AI

Before we get started, I’m hosting a LIVE TRAINING this Tuesday to cover this entire system in full depth to show you how to unlock the 7 figure business you already have inside of you using techniques like you’ll read here… Register For That Training Here

I have a confession to make… I used to be an AI denier.

When AI first become popular I was in the “but it won’t be able to do X” camp. I figured there would always be something we humans could do that it couldn’t… That is especially true when building online products.

I thought FOR SURE there was no way an AI could build a valuable online product that people could actually sell.

I was wrong. Not only can AI build highly leveraged, make your leads salivate online products… it can do it quickly and it creates results that are often times better than what a human can create.

We are in the best time in history for creating online products because, at least for now, AI needs you to prompt it to create these products. If you know how to talk to ChatGPT it can give you a beautiful course outline, modules, and create the modules and documents FOR YOU, in under 2 hours… and I’m going to show you how.

You’re going to use a mix of your previous experiences, your passions, and AI to create a product that can help someone get started in that space. REGARDLESS of how much of an expert you are in that space… there is always a niche you can hop into and start making sales. So let’s see how to make AI do our bidding and create a 7 figure product.

The first thing you need to understand is that, in order to sell something, you’ll want this product to have VALUE. Value, as I’ve covered before, comes in three forms mainly.

  • Helping someone save time

  • Helping someone save effort

  • Helping them increase the odds of their success

We will be accomplishing all of those in our digital product, and thanks to AI it will be kinda fun to do.

If we can help someone save time or decrease the effort they have to put in to accomplish something… we have value.

Let’s think about a super basic example. Let’s say you own AIRBNB’s and you know that you HAVE TO tell your cleaners exactly what to clean… so you created a checklist to give them. This covers what items to clean, what lights to leave on, what items to check for, etc.

Well - having that checklist sure would save other AIRBNB owners a lot of time right? I know it seems simple, because it is… creating digital products doesn’t mean you have to create some course or long drawn out membership area.

In fact, I think a LOT of people would rather pay you for something they can use and consume immediately. May even pay you more because it doesn’t take a long time to get value.

Now that we know how to define and create value… it’s time to hop into ChatGPT.

I actually taught ChatGPT my method for creating valuable modules, and we’re going to use my Membership Value Architect GPT through the rest of these examples. (Note, I also have GPT’s for creating content, for writing newsletters, and basically everything else we do to sell our online products.)

Let’s do it!

First, we need to know our niche. What niche we are going to sell in, and what value we want to bring to the table. We just need to know what outcome we want our customers to get.

I am absolutely obsessed with the idea of creating products in the passion niche… so let’s use that example. As you can see in the image above we’ll be using this Value Architect built into ChatGPT.

This is the prompt I’m using:

“I am gluten intolerant and have spent years making and studying the gluten free space as well as making recipes and finding alternatives. I want to help other gluten intolerant people feel like they aren't missing out while being able to enjoy real food that is gluten free. I want this to be a digital product I can sell that would be 6-12 different modules/ documents/ checklists/ recipes... can you come up with a good outline of what these modules would be, name them in a way that will make them incredibly enticing and lead with curiosity?”

To save time, I’m going to show you and discuss the first three “modules” that it created and how I get ChatGPT to create the actual product for me. Here are the three modules and descriptions it gave me.

1. "The Gluten-Free Pantry: Must-Have Staples for Success"

  • Never feel lost in a grocery store again! This guide gives you a complete breakdown of must-have gluten-free essentials—without the unnecessary fluff.

  • Includes: Pantry shopping list, brand recommendations, and gluten-free swaps for common ingredients (like flour, breadcrumbs, soy sauce).

2. "Decoding Gluten: Hidden Traps You Didn’t Know Existed"

  • Learn to spot gluten lurking in sneaky places—from supplements to unexpected condiments.

  • Includes: A hidden gluten checklist, restaurant survival tips, and guidance on reading labels like a pro.

3. "Mastering the Art of Gluten-Free Baking: From Fluffy to Perfectly Crispy"

  • Discover the secrets behind making bread that actually rises and cookies that are chewy—not crumbly.

  • Includes: Foolproof recipes for bread, cookies, and pizza dough, plus troubleshooting tips for common gluten-free baking challenges.

You should note, it gave me 12 items I could create, with full descriptions and I think the back half of them are much more “valuable” but we are just covering these as examples.

Now that I have my results, I can prompt ChatGPT to create the module/ information/ or an outline I can use…

Here’s the prompt I used:

Ok great, can you create the document I would use for Module 2 "decoding Gluten". It mentioned a gluten checklist, restaurant survival tips and how to read labels. Can you make these documents for me?

You’ll notice that I am very specific with what I want it to do for me. Not leaving anything to chance for what it creates. The more you can prompt the system, the better your results will be.

This is the beginning of the first document it spit out after that prompt:

1. Gluten Checklist: Sneaky Places Where Gluten Might Be Hiding

It’s not just bread and pasta you need to watch for—gluten can show up in many surprising places. Use this checklist to stay vigilant!

Processed & Packaged Foods:

  • Soy Sauce: Traditional soy sauce contains wheat—look for tamari or gluten-free soy sauce.

  • Salad Dressings & Marinades: Gluten can sneak in as thickeners or flavor enhancers.

  • Canned Soups & Broths: Many use flour or wheat-based thickeners.

  • Gravy & Sauces: Watch out for flour-based roux or malt vinegar.

  • Processed Meats: Deli meats, sausages, and hot dogs may contain fillers with gluten.

This is pretty amazing to be honest. The document is much longer (To see the full document, I copy and pasted it to a word doc you can see RIGHT HERE. I’ve also included the full list of the 12 modules).

What we should be doing at this point is reading through what ChatGPT creates and adding our own flare to it. For instance… let’s look at above.

Soy Sauce: Traditional soy sauce contains wheat—look for tamari or gluten-free soy sauce.”

I would add in the brands that I use at my house and potentially even some information I know about why traditional soy isn’t great for you.

This is where AI meets experience and actually gives you value. The AI itself gave me all of these highly valuable ideas so that I’m not creating from a blank canvas. See… I’m not an artist. So if you gave me a blank canvas and said “Paint a beautiful landscape” I would be screwed.

But if you outlined the landscape and all I had to do was color it in, maybe I could make it look decent.

That’s what we are doing here with our digital products. We are letting ChatGPT do the hard part of idea conception… we then come in to add our experience and knowledge and organize all of these documents and training ideas.

Once we’e had ChatGPT create the outline, then it creates the modules and curriculum, then it creates the documents themselves… we just fill in the blanks where we see them and within 1 day you’d have a digital product you could sell using my PaidCreators system.

The system I teach focuses on helping you sell this with velocity and profit, even if you don’t have an audience or anyone to sell to. We use traditional marketing principles to turn these simple products into legitimate businesses.

It is worth noting, PERSONALLY I wouldn’t make this gluten free product because I’m not passionate enough about it. I eat gluten all the time… Sure my wife is gluten free, but personally I don’t really have an interest in taking this deeper.

You should only pursue a niche that you’d enjoy working in, enjoy having conversations with people about, and actually get fulfillment from which is the first exercise we put you through when you join our Building Freedom Blueprint program.

Find a niche you are passionate about, we build a product using the steps I’ve taught you here… then we build a community people will pay monthly to be a part of… and things start to get serious QUICKLY!

This is the foundation of every 7 figure business I’ve ever created… and it all starts by you being inspired to create instead of just consume. If you want to join our PaidCreators 14 Day Product Creation Blueprint… we’d love to have you!

The time has NEVER been better to create a digital product because of the ease we have in creating the material. No more having to be an expert and create hundreds of modules… this levels the playing field for everyone!

See you at the top!
