Path To Freedom (Part 5 of 7) | Use These 3 Traffic Strategies To Create Your First 5 Figure Month!

These are the traffic strategies I use and that work for every business and will help you get your first sale, and your 500th.

This beautifully drawn, some would say “hand painted” image, represents the Automated Pitch Process COMBINED with our Guaranteed Traffic System for getting people to our Automated Pitch Process and to buy from us.

This is how the money is made online and truthfully deserves WAY MORE time than just one newsletter can provide but I’ll do my best.

Generating traffic is the single biggest reason businesses fail online. Not building a good offer, not copywriting, not making videos, not understanding tech… those things are actually very easy to get past for most people. I’ve seen thousands of people be able to make an offer that should convert… but they have no way of getting people to that offer.

We aren’t celebrities and very few of us will go viral promoting our stuff, so we need to use traffic techniques that don’t involve getting lucky.

Let me just say, what I’ll describe in this newsletter will work exponentially better if you have followers, an audience, a group, an email list, etc… but everyone has to start somewhere so let’s get to it.

Please note, if you want the step by step outline of how to do everything I’ll cover in this article… Join Our PaidCreators Newsletter Here.

Getting traffic can be tough, but social media gives us a couple techniques that we can use to go around the normal “just post content and go viral”. I’ve personally not had a lot of luck going viral… so I’ve had to be much more strategic with my moves and it’s lead to multiple 7 figures for me.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make, when it comes to selling their products, is they are afraid to talk about it! This is normally true when you are promoting someone else’s product, and not so much your own… but even still I find people who don’t talk about their thing enough.

So the first lesson… TALK ABOUT YOUR THING! Talk about it everywhere. On your personal Facebook, on Instagram, TikTok… everywhere. I’m not sure what’s so complicated about this but people struggle to understand how powerful this is. The first MAJOR strategy I teach my members is SUPER simple and usually will lead to your first 20-50 sales.

Go on Facebook and find a group with people that would benefit from your product. If you sell a sourdough bread making community program (based on our Automated Pitch Process) then you’d go to a Sourdough Bread group on Facebook. Spend 10 minutes a day sending friend requests. Yes… that’s all you have to do for this part.

Send friend requests to people who would likely buy your thing, and now you’re surrounded by people who love sourdough… then you post 2x/ week about your community using our “Honeypot” strategy. This will get people commenting on your posts literally asking you for a link to join your newsletter, and your newsletter sells your community membership… sales will start flowing.

We use a similar strategy on Instagram and TikTok as well, with a twist. Instead of friend requests, we find people commenting on posts from channels in our niche and we just DM them inviting them to our newsletter.

If you look at the Acquisition Source… they are all organic leads from different social channels.

I have almost ZERO followers across my different social media channels and this exact strategy works across my social media like WILDFIRE. Since we are offering a free newsletter, it’s an easy pitch.

Step one is to just TALK ABOUT YOUR THING more. If you are building something that can truly help people, give them shared community, will improve their life in some way… WHY AREN’T YOU TALKING ABOUT IT MORE!

The entire idea behind building a PaidCreator Community is to help people improve their life in an industry/ niche/ hobby they love. The fact that people make the excuse “I don’t want to talk about it on my social media” blows me away. That’s what social media is for!

So first… we talk about our stuff and we strategically surround ourself with our ideal prospects. There are obviously more step by step pieces in our community membership but this is the gist of what you’d want to do.

Inside of 90 days, spending 30 minutes a day, you should have your first 50-100 members doing this. At my pricing strategy that would be $2,500/ mo in 90 days. Not bad right?

Next Strategy… Zero Out Of Pocket Ads.

I know a lot of people get scared by ads, but they aren’t as complicated as you think. There is some setup, which would be a newsletter on it’s own, but once your account is setup making the ads and choosing your audience is simple. I’ve spent $1.3M on ads in the last 16 months, and I’m not a copywriter and run most of my ads myself.

I always suggest you start with your “new warm” audience. This would be the audience that is now engaging with your social, your new followers on social media, anyone that has engaged with you at all on social. You’d be surprised how well this works.

They are called “Zero our of pocket” because you are using money from your current membership. If you are at 100 members, you have $2500/ mo to grow. This is a mistake a lot of people make… they get selfish and they see the $2500 coming in and want to use that money for personal stuff instead of reinvesting it in traffic assets that will grow that number.

Please understand, your goal should not be to get to $2,500/ mo on your sweat equity and then kick back (I hope). You should take $500-$1,000 of that and invest in ads and try to turn that $2,500/ mo into $3,000+. Ads allow you to grow WITHOUT having to put in your time and energy. You give money, these platforms show your ads to prospects, some will buy… and all while you are doing other things.

You should have a “retargeting” ad setup after you get to 100 members in your system. This is an ad that will go out to people who visited your offer page but didn’t buy. You can spend $5.00/ day on this and make sales almost every day. These people are the closes to being buyers, they know the offer exists, they showed their interest… it’s an easy way to pull people back in who weren’t ready previously.

OF COURSE there is more to this process and I hate that I have to cut this short but we cover our ads strategy in our PaidCreators Community membership and we give it the time it deserves. I will cover ads in more depth in a future newsletter, but I only get so many words here so I wanna cover what I can.

Learn how to launch and grow an affiliate program for SaaS

Launching an affiliate program for your SaaS business can be intimidating if you’re new to it, but it is pretty simple. Rewardful has boiled it down to three core principles in their free online course:

  • Principle 1: Make it simple for affiliates to earn money

  • Principle 2: Run your program like a professional

  • Principle 3: Build an affiliate recruitment system

By the end of the course, you'll have a clear picture of how affiliate marketing can work for your business.

Strategy Three… Turning On The Best Sales Channel EVER

One of the most over rated way to get sales is to allow your current members to get sales for you… or allowing them to be Affiliates. I did this with my last product and it lead to over $1.3M in sales in 18 months. By allowing my customers to be affiliates and showing them a simple strategy (the first strategy I shared above) for sharing it… cool right?

Think about it… your BEST advertising channel will be your happy customers. If you have a sourdough community and someone joins, there’s a VERY GOOD chance that these members are also surrounded by other sourdough lovers… and could make a very easy recommendation to them and get you new customers.

You do this VERY simply, by activating an affiliate platform. Personally I use Wealthery Reach to run and manage my affiliate program and it allows all of my customers to promote our product. They don’t have to obviously… but let’s assume 10% of customers will WANT to tell other people. If I have 100 sales, that’s 10 people who would be willing to tell others.

If those 10 people get 5 sales each… that’s 50 new members! But this is when things get exciting…

Now those 50 new members, 10% will want to promote… so you have 5 new people getting 5 sales… 25 new sales. Yes… sure… you are paying 50% of the revenue to the affiliates but the sales cost you nothing. No ad spend, no manual work… you just collect.

Here’s the best part. Once you have an affiliate program for customers, couldn’t you invite other affiliates who have a big audience? Most people never think about this, but you could spend VERY little time inviting people who have an audience in your niche.

If I was in the sourdough niche… why wouldn’t I reach out to all of these people (who all have big followings) if they’d be interested in promoting my community and making 50% commission on every sale?

It’s a long shot, sure.. but you need 1 yes. You could show stats from current affiliates, increase their payout for a while, offer them bonuses, etc. If you get 1 you can get 10… if you can get 10 you can get 100.

I know MANY people who do exactly this and they use Affiliates as their only traffic source and they go on to sell their companies for millions of dollars. Crazy right? Is there more to this? Of course… we help our Mastermind members with outreach scripts, creating a “dream 100” affiliates… and a bunch more, but we obviously can’t cover all of that in an email.

These three traffic sources are how everyone should start. You notice how we start with 50-100 sales and THEN we spend money… This can be done on a shoestring budget. You have to decide “Do I have more time than money, or more money than time”. If you have more money than time… run ads now… offer affiliates more money and hire someone to reach out to affiliates every day.

Most people will have more time than money which is how our system was built. Start by building your Automation Pitch Process, then you have to unapologetically tell the world about it. Sadly, “If you build it, they will come” is a lie. You get ONE life and you won’t make it better by being afraid that Aunt Michelle may think your posts are weird when you talk about your business.

Stop worrying about other people, go all in on yourself and CREATE…

Generating traffic doesn’t have to be a problem if you use the layout I’ve given you here, and as always - you can grab our step by step training in our community if you are ready to go all in on your future!

Until next time,
