The 9 Secrets That Help Beginners Build 7 Figure Online Businesses
And why I believe NON Experts are about to get a massive boost in the online business world
It’s no secret, I believe that the best online business to create is to build a PaidCommunity behind a Free Newsletter. It’s easy to grow, easy to deliver, easy to manage, and provides the best lifestyle…

Even Google’s AI is going full Bear on the online education/ community market. The market is already huge… but it’s set to 7x in the next 6 years.
Most people ignore this space because they think they have to be an expert to start a community and I’m here to tell you… if that’s you…
You’re wrong.
In fact, I think Experts are over rated and are likely NOT the best people to manage and run communities on their topic. Instead, I think it’s people like us but you have to understand the 9 Profitable Community Archetypes before this clicks.
Get This Right… Start Building
If you’ve ever hesitated to start a community because you didn’t feel like an “expert,” this ones for you. You know building a community sounds great, provides the scalability and lifestyle you want.. but you don’t know where to start because you’ve got no credentials.
I feel you…
Well being an expert is only ONE of the 9 different ways you can build a profitable community. Tapping into the other avenues will open all the doors for you and allow you to get out of your own way and start building that dream business.
As always, if you want to get off the sidelines and want a step-by-step of how we do this…👇

Make sure you join the PaidCreators Community… it’s a monthly club where you’re surrounded with all types of the 9 archetypes below that are doing exactly what you want to do. You can see in the picture above we grew a BRAND NEW community membership to over $2,610 in just 18 days.. without spending a single dollar on ads.
I show you exactly how to do that, in our community… For now… let’s get to the 9 archetypes.
The 9 Profitable Community Archetypes
The Expert
You’re the authority. People join because of your deep expertise and insights. MOST people assume you have to be an expert to create a course/ community, it’s not necessary but this is the EASIEST one for people to wrap their head around.
Example: Sarah, the Fitness Pro, a certified trainer with years of experience and high-profile clients. Tons of proof she knows what she’s talking about.
The Enthusiast
You’re passionate but still learning. You focus on shared growth and mutual excitement. Even you can come up with helpful items to include in your membership by looking at the things that helped you, but you aren’t selling this as “I’ll make you as good as me”…
Example: Jamie, the DIY Gardening Buff, who’s still figuring it out but shares her journey and inspires others. This is fun to be around.
The Partner
You collaborate with another person to build a stronger community. You leverage their expertise while focusing on growth and engagement. This one is KEY. Find a partner who has what you don’t. Ideally, you want to find someone who is an expert AND has an audience.
Example: Mike and Dave, who combined marketing and investing knowledge to create “Investor Insights.” Dave is an investor influencer with a big following but doesn’t know anything about creating a paid community or newsletter.
The Curator
You collect and share valuable content, becoming a trusted resource for members. Are you really good at pulling information together and taking 4 hours of research and summarizing it or just making it easy to find?
Example: Kevin, who sifts through the noise and presents only the best productivity hacks. He doesn’t have to be the most productive or invent anything… he just curates what works.
The Connector
You’re all about building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging. Can you Connect brands and influencers? Think about where you can be the BRIDGE.
Example: Claire, the Community Builder, who focuses on helping members network and grow together. She connects TikTok Influencers who help each other and share tactics.
The Guide
You’re a few steps ahead and love helping others catch up. You’re relatable and practical. Maybe you got into hiking 3 years ago as a casual hobby but got REALLY into it and now you’ve even hiked in different states, you know all the apps, you’ve got some great tips and want to continue to get better.
Example: Alex, a mid-level manager who coaches others to break into management.
The Trend Spotter
You’re on the cutting edge and love sharing the latest trends and tools. You’re up on the news and pay attention to all the hot stuff so you can help people or brands tap into the trends.
Example: Jessica, who stays ahead of the tech curve and provides insights for her members.
The Facilitator
You create a safe space for others to share and learn from each other. You are just creating the space for other people to have the conversations they need to have and learn from the people that have accomplished their goals.
Example: Dan, who focuses on leading group discussions without taking center stage.
The Hobbyist
You’re in it for fun! You build a community around shared enjoyment without the pressure of expertise.
Example: Rob, the Weekend Woodworker, who just loves connecting with fellow hobbyists. Rob isn’t the best, but makes stuff constantly and likes bring around others who have the same passion.
Which Archetype Is The Best?
That’s tough to say, but I can recommend ONE type that everyone can be successful with.
The Partnership.
You’re here, which means you nerd out (a little) on marketing. Otherwise you would have unsubscribed by now. That means you’re likely VERY far ahead of people who’s focus isn’t on marketing.
This is your advantage… this is what you can bring to the table RIGHT NOW, and now you have to find someone who has a skill set that you don’t. DO NOT partner with someone who is good at what you are good at.
Find someone with an audience or someone with a special skill set. (Ideally you’d find someone with both). Recently I held a training (You can watch it here) where I build an entire community, members area, sales page, newsletter, and offer to sell all of this in an hour…
If you can follow along with what I do, you can build everything I’m talking about… but you’ll need people to sell to. Partnering with someone that already has that gives you both clear roles and responsibilities and gives you an easier path to profit.
Spend some time looking for potential partners… get a list of your “Dream 100” partners and come up with a game plan to interact with them. Build a relationship and then see if they want to work together.
Once you’ve done this with one partner, maybe you could do it again… and again? Why would you stop? Maybe you hire a team to help manage this…
Holy cow… maybe you build a 7 figure recurring membership business where you partner with people and take a cut of their earnings? Wait… this is getting big!
DECIDE Which You’ll Use, And RUN
Do you know how powerful the word “Decide” is? (I didn’t until I looked it up for some reason)
The word "decide" comes from the Latin root decidere, which is formed by combining:
"de-" meaning "off" or "away from."
"caedere" meaning "to cut."
So, the literal meaning of decidere is "to cut off."
When you decide on something you CUT OFF the other noise and plan “b”. So I urge you to DECIDE on this one. Pick a space, and go ALL IN on the Archetype that best fits where you are right now.
Truthfully, you’ll likely land on TWO. One will probably be the “Partner” model because, why not? The second one will be for YOU… whatever you do… DECIDE and take action.
You NO LONGER can rely on the excuse of “I’m not an expert” because I’ve given you 8 other options to choose from that work… what’s stopping you now?
See You At The Top,
