This Business Is Worth $2.3Billion, And We're Going To Steal It
And here's exactly how I'm going to do it
We’re going full “Oceans Eleven” on this one…
I’m going to outline the exact approach I’m taking in 2025 to build an 8 figure business. I fully appreciate if this sounds too “crazy” to most of you, it still sounds crazy to me… but that’s how you know no one else has done it.
The good news for me is that I don’t have to come up with the idea on my own because someone else has already done it and I’m just going to be taking what works for them and putting my own spin on it.
Let’s break it down!
The Business We Are Going To Heist:
MASTERCLASS
This is a digital training platform that people subscribe to learn about a wide variety of things from cooking to playing an instrument. You pay $120/ year to get unlimited access to hundreds of different trainings hosted by professionals in their space.
Personally, I loved the Gordon Ramsey cooking classes. A great inside look at what he does.
This is a digital information business that doesn’t create any of it’s own information. Kinda cool right? We’ll want to keep this in mind.

In 2021, this company was valued at around $2.8BILLION. Wow is an understatement.
Clearly there is a massive market for people looking to spend on digital education for self improvement. Now it’s our turn to tap into it.
How I Will Steal Their Business Model
There is a TON of brilliance in their business plan, but a few aspects of it really caught my eye and seem to be things we can leverage to build our own, highly profitable business.
Using other people to create the “product” but they cultivate the material. Genius. You don’t have to learn new skills and create new courses. We reach out to people who are experts in their field and this kicks things off.
Since you are using other people with expertise, they likely have a following already, and likely will be a major player in promoting the program we create. This is insanely valuable because it leans on peoples egos. If I interview them on a podcast and then I give them pre clipped content they can use, they would post it… this give us new audience and sales.
This will alleviate two major issues that you’ll have when creating a business…
“Where will I come up with the material for the digital product?”… SOLVED
“Where will we get sales for this new digital product?”… SOLVED
But we obviously can’t compete with Masterclass on the same footing, we would lose 10 out of 10 times.
One thing I’ve always known is that you can take a winning idea that covers “Everyone” and widdle it down to only help “certain people”. For example, if I had a software that could help “digital business owners capture and monetize leads”… I’d be competing against a ton of big players.
But if I made my software, that has the same features, geared towards men with kids that want to start a side hustle… I could capture that audience that might otherwise use a less “specific” alternative.
I spent 3 months researching how the big fortune 500 companies were founded… and I came to the conclusion that there are 5 different techniques they use. ONE of those techniques is by taking something that’s working, and finding an under served niche in that area and building something for them.
So now, I know what I’m going to do. I’m going to build my “masterclass” style business in the digital marketing space. Create an all in one style membership where people can learn countless top level skills that will help them create, build, or grow their own digital business.
Instead of bouncing from “product to product”… why not just get access to one hub that will show you VETTED marketing trainings from people who actually know what they are talking about.
Now that I have a front end “main product” it’s time to build the rest of the ecosystem that will attract customers and ensure we monetize. Having a product to sell is only ONE PART of the battle to create a great company.
Thankfully, I already have all of the parts of the ecosystem because I’ve been doing this for a long time. I WON’T be giving you the full breakdown of what I already have going on, but I will tell you the parts you’d need.

Getting Traffic - Once we have an offer, we’ll need something EVERGREEN we can do to get traffic. I’m going to make my newsletter the central focus of my promotional engine for this program. I can build my list every day through social media, ads, other email programs doing an exchange, affiliates, you name it. I know the value of a good email newsletter and that is why the newsletter will be the CORE of my agenda. Aside from the newsletter we’ll have affiliates and we’ll have our guests promoting, as well as our own social media channels.
Making Money - Contrary to popular belief, I need more than just one product to make money. I’m likely going to sell the Pursuit program for $97 one time and $5/ mo to get continued access. That isn’t going to make anyone enough money to be excited. So we need to have other things we can sell behind this. This is another area that people who aren’t in the space get confused. Upsells/ Cross Sells/ Order Bumps are all great when positioned correctly. If I say upsell, most people thing “Something you’re holding back from me in my original purchase”… but that’s not true.
I’m going to be offering software behind the membership, software that will support anyone in the digital marketing space. It’s a software that does EVERYTHING they need for one low monthly fee. This is where things get serious. We’ve now got a product we can sell and back end products we can sell to support those that join us.
We’ve got the makings of something great.
Let’s Do Some Math
If I can get 1,000 to buy the $97 Pursuit program… which I should be able to do… that’s $97,000. Now I need to get 15% of those people to join our software program and use that to get and monetize leads. That’s another $15,000/ mo at minimum.
That $15,000 will support building and growing the company by allowing me to hire people to help me create more content and scale up.
If it works at 1,000 members, it’ll work at 10,000 and I now start to invest more of the profits into growing more newsletter subscribers… the newsletter will drive people into our membership… the membership drives people into our software.
As you can see, we have a working model for building a 7 or 8 figure business, all by “stealing” an idea that is already proven to be worth $2.3Billion. We just take the winning model and we build OUR version of it.
The next steps would be to get my guests, announce this program to my affiliates so they are ready to promote when we go live, create a ton of “viral clips” we can use to promote, and make my sales material.
